What The App Does
Bumpy Colors is a top-down car drifting and coloring game. Players drive through generated tracks, collect in-game coins, unlock cars, change fields, and progress through levels.
Information Stored On Your Device
The app stores gameplay progress locally on your device using Android DataStore. This local save data includes coin count, current level, unlocked cars, selected car, and selected field. This local save data is used to restore your progress and preferences when you reopen the app.
Firebase Analytics
Bumpy Colors uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, gameplay progression, and app reliability. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect app activity and technical information such as app opens, sessions, engagement, app version, device model, operating system version, approximate region, crash or diagnostics signals when available, and Firebase-generated app instance or installation identifiers.
The app also sends custom Firebase Analytics events for gameplay actions, including level start, level complete, in-game coin reward value, car unlock purchases made with in-game coins, car selection, and speed multiplier changes. These events help RJLabs understand whether levels, rewards, and controls are working well. They are not used by RJLabs to identify a real person.
Feedback Messages
The app includes an optional in-game feedback form where you can send feedback, questions, or improvement ideas. If you use it, your message and basic game context such as level, coin count, selected theme, selected car, app version, and submission time are stored in Firebase Firestore so RJLabs can review and improve the game. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in feedback messages.
Information We Do Not Ask For
The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, payment details, or health records. The app does not create user accounts and does not include social features or public user-generated content.
Ads And Purchases
The app may show ads through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. These ad services may process app activity, device information, approximate location inferred from network information, advertising identifiers when available, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, limit, and improve ads. Bumpy Colors does not include real-money in-app purchases. Car unlocks use in-game coins earned through gameplay.
How Information Is Used
Local save data is used to show your progress, coins, cars, selected field, and current level inside the app. Firebase Analytics data is used to measure basic app usage, tune gameplay, understand progression, improve compatibility, and diagnose reliability issues. Feedback messages are used to answer questions, evaluate suggestions, prioritize improvements, and diagnose issues described by players.
Sharing And Sale
RJLabs does not sell personal information. Firebase Analytics and Firestore data are processed by Google Firebase and Google Analytics services so they can provide analytics, database hosting, and maintain the Firebase service. Ad-related data may be processed by Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and their advertising partners to provide and measure ads. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect legal rights.
Security
Local save data remains on your device unless your device backup settings include app data. Firebase Analytics and Firestore data are transmitted to Google services using standard encrypted connections. No storage or transmission method is perfect, but Bumpy Colors is designed to limit the data it handles.
Retention And Deletion
Your local progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Firebase Analytics and feedback message data are retained according to the Firebase and Google Analytics settings and practices used for the app. You can contact RJLabs for privacy questions or deletion guidance.
Your Choices
You can stop using the app at any time. You can remove local save data by clearing app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. You can also contact us at rjlabs.developer@gmail.com.
Children
The app is not specifically directed to children under 13. It does not include real-money purchases, social features, public profiles, or chat. The optional feedback form should not be used to send personal information.

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
